What does it cost?
£39.99 when you design it yourself in our studio, or £59.99 when you give us a brief and our designer creates it. Both include your design, your first coin and UK postage. Extra coins of the same design are £19.99 each, or £29.99 each with different names or words.
How long does it take?
You’ll have a proof within 24 hours of sending your brief, or of ordering from the studio. Once you approve it, we make and dispatch your coin the next working day (approvals before 2pm, Monday to Friday).
What can I put on it?
Almost anything that matters to you: a club crest, a pet, a place, a memorial, a wedding date. Add photos or pictures of what you’d like, or one that shows the style you’re after. Only add pictures you took or have the right to use.
Is there anything you can’t print?
We can’t print characters, brands or logos you don’t have permission to use, famous people, or anything that looks like real money. If a design breaks these rules, we’ll suggest a change or refund you in full.
Do I need an account?
Yes. You’ll be asked to sign in or create one, so we can send you your proof and keep your design safe.
What happens to my photos?
We use them only to make your coin. Our privacy policy explains who sees them and how long we keep them.
