What can I personalise?
The name on the front plaque. The box shows how many characters fit. We print it exactly as you type it, so please check the spelling. The rest of the design is fixed. If you’d like your own design, see our Bespoke Coins.
Will you check it before printing?
Before anything is printed, we check your coin’s design with your details in place. If anything looks wrong, such as a name that won’t fit well, we’ll contact you before going ahead.
How long until I receive it?
Your coin is dispatched the next working day if you order before 2pm, Monday to Friday. Royal Mail tracked delivery typically arrives 1–2 working days after dispatch.
Can I cancel or return a personalised coin?
You can cancel or change your order until we start printing it. After that, the coin is made to your specification and is non-returnable unless it arrives faulty or damaged. See our Returns Policy.
Is it made of gold?
No. It’s a designed keepsake: a 40 mm coin blank printed in full colour with a raised finish. It isn’t precious metal or legal tender, and it isn’t produced by The Royal Mint.
